Welcome to Fuzzo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fuzzo's services, which include grooming, hotels, daycare, gym, training, and veterinary services for cats and dogs. By accessing or using Fuzzo’s services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Fuzzo offers a variety of services for pets, which can be availed either in-store or via our mobile service trucks. Users can create individual profiles for each pet, select the desired services, and proceed to checkout using their preferred payment method.

User Accounts
· Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
· Account Termination
Fuzzo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, Fuzzo, or third parties.
Booking and Payments
· Service Booking
Users can book services through our app by selecting the desired services for their pets and providing the necessary details.
· Payments
All payments for services must be made through the app using a valid credit card. By providing your payment information, you authorize Fuzzo to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Cancellations and Refunds
· Cancellations
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will not be eligible for a refund.
· Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible time frame will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Pet Health and Safety
· Health Requirements
All pets must meet the health and vaccination requirements specified by Fuzzo. You are responsible for ensuring your pet is healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations before using our services or starting using our Veterinary Services at first.
· Safety
Fuzzo takes the safety and well-being of your pets seriously. We follow strict safety protocols and employ trained staff to care for your pets. However, you acknowledge that using our services involves inherent risks, and Fuzzo will not be liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the use of our services.
· Keeping Appointments on Time
At Fuzzo, we want to give each furry friend the best possible care, and that includes respecting your appointment time. To make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve, we schedule appointments in advance.
Please be on time for your scheduled visit to avoid any delays. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible. We'll try our best to fit you in, but arriving more than 15 minutes late might mean rescheduling your appointment or shortening it to avoid pushing back others.
- We understand things happen, but if you're consistently late, there may be additional fees or limitations on booking future appointments.
- Your cooperation helps us keep things running smoothly for all our clients, including your pet!
- If the user makes a reservation for pet grooming and arrives more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled to avoid delays for other clients. In this case, the user will not be eligible for a refund of the reservation expenses.
- This policy ensures that all pets receive timely and dedicated care without causing inconvenience to others.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Fuzzo’s services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet.
- Ensure your pet is healthy and up-to-date on all vaccinations.
- Follow all instructions provided by Fuzzo staff regarding your pet’s care.
- Pay for all services rendered following the pricing and payment terms.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzzo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fuzzo, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Fuzzo app and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Fuzzo and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site, is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Fuzzo.
Privacy
Your use of Fuzzo’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our app and website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Fuzzo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our app and website. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait to litigate all such claims or disputes.
